**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

**Rate:** £350 per day

We are seeking an experienced **Site Engineer** to join a well-established contractor specialising in large-scale commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company renowned for delivering high-quality complex reinforced concrete structures.

About the Role

You will play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to programme.

Key responsibilities include:

* Setting out and engineering works for slipform construction.

* Overseeing reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction.

* Managing foundation and drainage works.

* Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

* Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and the wider project team.

* Maintaining accurate site records and conducting quality checks.

About the Company

Our client specialises in delivering complex construction projects, including:

* Reinforced concrete (RC) frames

* Foundations

* Drainage

* Hybrid construction, combining precast and in-situ concrete

* Large commercial developments

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience as a Site Engineer on commercial construction projects.

* Strong experience with RC frames, foundations, drainage, and/or slipform construction.

* Excellent setting out and surveying skills.

* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

* A proactive approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
