We're working exclusively with a highly respected civil engineering contractor that continues to secure major infrastructure work across Scotland. Due to continued growth on a flagship energy project in the Western Isles, they're looking to bring an experienced Senior Site Engineer on board for an immediate start.

This is a chance to join a major infrastructure project that will keep you busy for at least the next 12 months, working on a scheme that will play a key role in Scotland's future energy network.

The Role
You'll be responsible for all aspects of engineering support on site, including:

• Setting out works across a large-scale infrastructure project
• Carrying out surveys and quantity calculations
• Managing and checking engineering quality on site
• Supporting site management with day-to-day project delivery
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong setting out capability
• Experience carrying out surveys and calculating quantities
• Ability to mentor and support less experienced engineers
• CSCS Card essential
• Someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of engineering duties on site
