Position Overview:

As a Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the chance to manage a wide range of projects, including commercial offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality expectations.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a safe environment for all staff and subcontractors.
• Team Leadership: Manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure effective teamwork and smooth project delivery.
• Project Planning: Contribute to scheduling, resource management, and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
