Experteer Overview As Site Manager you will lead the construction site to deliver on time, to specification and to high safety and quality standards. You'll work within Persimmon Homes to support the regional build programme and collaborate with sales, customer care and external partners. Your role focuses on managing site operations, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining budget discipline. - Manage construction site operations to deliver on time, to specification and to safety standards Ensure quality and safety inspections comply with group guidelines Coordinate with external parties (warranty provider, local authorities, utilities) to meet build programme Maintain accurate development records (inductions, HSE, timesheets, incident reports, QC checklists) Direct and supervise workforce including subcontractors to meet quality and budget targets Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care to resolve issues and update plot progress Ensure compliance of site workforce and visitors with HSE policy Travel across sites in the region and occasional travel to other offices Tasks Experience in the house building industry Understanding of NHBC/LABC/Premier standards Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation Current CSCS Card SMSTS preferred Full UK Driving Licence NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management preferred Key requirements Competitive salary Bonus Car allowance or Company car Healthcare Life cover Contributory pension','Employee Benefits Platform
