Previous Site Management or Site Agent experience
- Strong organisational and subcontractor management skills
- A proactive, forward-thinking and practical approach
- Ability to anticipate issues and keep works progressing
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
- Commercial refurbishment or demolition experience advantageous This position would suit a hands-on Site Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, coordinate trades effectively and drive the project forward without requiring extensive technical support
