Full Job Description
Clarkson Owens Recruitment is working with an established commercial fit-out contractor seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a short-term assignment commencing 9th November. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a commercial fit-out/refurbishment project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. The Role:
- Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Manage project programmes, quality and health & safety
- Coordinate specialist trades, including joinery, partitions, ceilings and M&E
- Liaise with project teams and client representatives
- Manage site logistics, materials and deliveries
- Oversee snagging and successful project handover
Proven experience managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects Strong subcontractor coordination and programme management skills Ability to take ownership of a project and deliver to tight deadlines SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid essential, We would be keen to hear from experienced Site Managers with relevant commercial fit-out experience
