Scottish Borders Council is seeking expressions of interest for a Skilled Chargehand role at Duns Roads Depot. This is an excellent opportunity for interested individuals looking to become part of the Scottish Borders Council and taking on the Skilled chargehand role. This opportunity for candidates with Stone building experience for bridges, streetscape and site work. Applicants do not need to meet all of the essential criteria at the point of application. Essential

• A basic education (Numeracy and literacy)
• Certified relevant machinery and plant use qualification/s (i.e. Lantra certificates, NPTC, SVQ II, CSCS, CPCS or NPORS cards) or obtained within reasonable timescales
• A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
