Full Job Description

  • You'll be responsible for planning and buying social media ads campaigns, making sure they deliver against our plans and objectives

  • We've recently been named \"Best In-house Team\" at the UK Social Media Awards, so you'll be at the sharp end of modern marketing

  • You'll be working directly with all the major social platforms and some of our activities are industry firsts

  • You'll be joining an exciting and fast-paced area of the bank, where you can expect great exposure both for you and your work, with a structured personal development programme

  • What you'll do

As a Social Media Executive, you'll be working with key stakeholders to make sure our social media advertising is aligned to key priorities and delivers results against key objectives.

    Your role will also involve:

  • Using Sprinklr to buy social ads and publish content across our social channels, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

  • Making sure that the content produced for our channels is aligned to our brand guidelines

  • Providing advice, guidance and best practice to stakeholders and colleagues on the effective use of social media

  • Embracing agile working, attending scrum meetings and using the latest tools and technology to keep information on tasks and projects up to date

  • Analysing and reporting on performance and engagement levels for each activity

To succeed in this role, you'll need demonstrable experience of managing multiple social media accounts across different brands and personally trading at least £750k of social ads per year.

  • You'll have worked on both brand and performance campaigns and may be from either an agency or in-house background. You'll need good copywriting skills and experience of creating engaging social media activities. Because of this, we're looking for someone with faultless written English skills.

Good knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing and experience of working in financial services would be beneficial.

    You'll also need:

  • The ability to produce reports, interpret results and use data to make recommendations for continual improvement

  • Good technical and creative skills

  • Good time management skills, and the ability to multitask and manage own workstack efficiently
