Social Work Paraprofessional

As a Social Work Paraprofessional, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred support, promoting independence, and improving outcomes for those who require assistance. Working alongside social workers and partner agencies, you will contribute to assessments, support planning, and the delivery of practical interventions, helping to ensure people receive the right support at the right time. HNC in Social Care & Health or equivalent studies + full SVQ3 in Care or equivalent. A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
