Role Purpose

We are looking for two social workers, nurse care managers or occupational therapy care managers to make a real difference in people's lives. Join our supportive Adult Social Work Central Team, working in Galashiels and surrounding area in Central Borders.

In this rewarding role, you'll work alongside health and social care professionals to support adults and carers, promote independence, safeguard vulnerable individuals, and deliver person-centred outcomes. You'll manage a varied caseload, undertake assessments and reviews, contribute to Adult Support and Protection work, and help shape high-quality services across the Scottish Borders.

Essential

Social Work Degree or equivalent Health/Social Care Qualification

Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)

PVG scheme registered

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
