Role Overview: As a SocialBee Content Specialist Volunteer at MHScot Workplace Wellbeing CIC, your main task will be to effectively set up and schedule our social media content using SocialBee. This role involves creating and helping us to maintain evergreen content cycles that will resonate with our audience and amplify our message about the importance of mental health awareness in the workplace.,

  • Set up and help us manage content cycles on SocialBee to ensure a consistent and engaging social media presence using existing content.

  • Collaborate with us to plan and schedule posts that align with our ongoing campaigns and events.

  • Monitor social media channels to optimise posting schedules and increase audience engagement.


  • Key Deliverable: The primary deliverable will be a well-organised, strategic schedule of evergreen content that enhances our outreach and engagement on social media platforms, directly contributing to our goal of promoting mental health education and awareness.

    Collaboration: You will work closely with our Director and marketing colleague to align social media strategies with our overall organisational goals. Regular virtual meetings will be held to discuss content plans and performance metrics.

    Flexibility: This role has a structured framework, but we value creativity and innovation. Volunteers are encouraged to bring new ideas for content and scheduling strategies that could enhance our social media impact.

  • SEO and analytics, Proficient in SocialBee: Significant experience in using SocialBee, especially with functionalities like Schedule Setup, Content Categories, Hashtag Collections, and Evergreen Cycles.

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: A solid background in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media strategies and content management.

  • Content Planning and Organisation: Ability to plan and organise content effectively, ensuring that it aligns with our organisation's themes and objectives.

  • Analytical Skills: Competence in analysing content performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimise engagement.


  • 2. Desirable Skills:
  • SEO and Hashtag Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and strategic use of hashtags to increase content reach and visibility.

  • Graphic Design Skills: Capability to create or modify visual content to complement text posts, enhancing the overall appeal of our social media feeds.
