Software Developer

A rapidly growing technical company has exclusively engaged FT Recruitment to manage the recruitment of a Software Developer. Our dynamic, ambitious, future-proofing client is looking to recruit a developer to join their business while working closely with an experienced technical manager. The successful candidate will work on current applications and new developments alongside the development team. This role has been created due to further growth, and will slot into a team of 4 developers whilst playing a pivotal role within the team.

‍Duties will include:

•       Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React / React Native (TypeScript)

•       Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)

•       Work with backend APIs and data services (primarily Python-based)

•       Collaborate with the team on product requirements and technical design

•       Troubleshoot issues and provide support for users and internal teams

•       Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code

•       Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of development practices

Our client is ideally looking for someone who has at least a years' experience of working within a similar role. Our client is looking for a developer who has experience with React or React Native, ideally using TypeScript. Experience of Python, .Net / C# is beneficial but not essential
