Software Engineer

Are you an experienced Software Engineer who would like to move into a more AI focussed role, with the opportunity to build your own team in the future…?

You’ll join a long established and very successful business as they embark on their AI journey, developing existing and emerging AI technology to help efficiency through new systems and processes across all areas of the company.

This is a unique opportunity to join them as the AI Subject Matter Expert by integrating AI into existing systems.

To be considered for this role you’ll possess the following skills and experience:

-         Practical experience implementing AI or RAG-type integrations

-         Solid .NET, Python, C# skills with a good understanding of SQL

-         Familiarity with Azure AI services, DevOps pipelines and containers

-         Some awareness of vector databases and production deployment

-         Some exposure to machine learning workflows and how models are applied in production

The client site is based in South Lanarkshire and you will initially be required to be on-site 5 days a week, so being able to drive is hugely beneficial for this role.
