Experteer Overview In this role, you support a growing Professional Indemnity Team focused on construction-related PI claims. You will work with insurers and insured professionals, handling a varied caseload and contributing to high-profile matters. You will build client relationships, advise on strategy and coverage issues, and collaborate with partners to drive growth. The position offers cross-border collaboration and the chance to shape a thriving practice in a dynamic market. Pay / Benefits
- Build and maintain client relationships under supervision, delivering clear, pragmatic advice and keeping stakeholders informed Handle a varied caseload of construction-related PI claims for a wide range of construction professionals Assist insurers with coverage issues under construction PI policies, under partner supervision Manage matters from instruction through pre-action and litigated stages, including drafting, evidence management, and addressing project issues Take day-to-day ownership of files while supporting Partners on larger matters Contribute to dispute resolution through ADR Instruct and liaise with experts and Counsel, scoping instructions and managing timetables Tasks Professional indemnity and/or construction expertise Strong relationship and client handling skills Ability to work confidently with clients on day-to-day issues Self-sufficiency in managing a caseload appropriate to experience Change oriented with a flexible approach to new initiatives Team-oriented with willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues Willingness to work hard in a highly ambitious team Key requirements
