currently a suitable vacancy advertised, we would be delighted to hear from Employment Lawyers interested in future opportunities within our Scottish team.ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.Advise clients on TUPE, restructures, contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, and senior exits.Support Corporate and Commercial teams on employment aspects of transactions and M&A.Manage employment tribunal matters from inception to conclusion.Build strong client relationships and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.Support junior colleagues and contribute to business development activities.What will help you succeed in this role? EssentialQualified Solicitor with experience in Employment Law.Strong experience in employment law and advising employer clients.Experience managing their own caseload.Employment tribunal and dispute management experience.Experience advising on TUPE and employment aspects of corporate
