Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a part time commercial property solicitor within our Governance and Property Law Team on a permanent basis.
This role will have a varied and interesting workload which may include disposals, acquisitions, regeneration and development, planning, compulsory purchase orders, leasing and other property related contracts and advice to Council departments and organisations within the Council family, in particular City Property.

Working with the Council provides a rewarding career with the opportunity to continually develop and gain valuable skills and experience in a positive workplace culture. The Council currently operates a hybrid working model and offers excellent flexible working options, as well as membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
This position requires a Level 2 disclosure. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their Disclosure.
