Full Job Description

WEAVERS PAISLEY are looking for a SOUS CHEF to join the team at their brand new venue at 1 STOW BRAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with fresh ingredients and amazing hospitality. This will be a large busy venue with a range of menus to cater for lunch, dinner, functions & events.,

  • Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus

  • Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise

  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards

  • Fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary

  • Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation

  • Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff's performance

  • Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

    £29,000 - £31,000 a year - Full-time, We offer the option of working 45hrs over a 4 or 5 day working week, salary or hourly rate pro-rata negotiable depending on experience, with a full gratuity share and the option to join the company Pension Scheme.
