service.No two days are the same at Hamilton Park Racecourse, and that's exactly what makes this role so exciting.What You'll Do:Support the delivery of exceptional food across racedays, hospitality suites, conferences, banquets and private eventsAssist the Head Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations within a busy, fast-paced environmentPrepare and present high-quality dishes to consistently high standards of taste and presentationLead, motivate and support casual and permanent kitchen team members during serviceEnsure full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety and company standards at all timesHelp create innovative seasonal menus and fresh event catering conceptsMaintain strong organisation and efficiency during high-volume service periodsBuild positive relationships with colleagues across culinary, front-of-house and venue teamsSupport stock control, food ordering and minimising waste to achieve cost targetsContribute to a positive kitchen culture focused on teamwork,
