Southwest Construction BD Manager - Growth & Partners

West Fraser is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our presence across the Southwest region. You'll build relationships with builders' merchants, housebuilders, contractors and other construction professionals, identifying opportunities and converting them into profitable sales.

You will manage opportunities through the sales cycle from prospecting to conversion, present proposals and solutions, negotiate terms, and maintain an active CRM-driven pipeline while travelling as needed.
