The role of Site Administrator will support the site management team across several areas. Skilled in data analysis and able to respond to a fast-moving manufacturing environment, the successful candidate will be involved across all departments of the factory.,

• Managing site communications and supporting data analysis for site improvement projects
• Support the Supply Chain, New Business and Customer Service Function
• Managing inventory for site office supplies and stationery
• Managing company uniform distribution
• Support management and employees with the use of our Time Management System.
• Responsible for booking meetings, greeting customers and visitors
• Point of contact for travel and accommodation bookings for the Hamilton site.
• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
• Site champion for the charity committees, health and wellbeing, and values first awards.
• Support HR and EHS with site training requirements and management of site activity calendar.
• To update notice boards around site as directed
  
  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to communicate at all levels
