Staff Nurse

Reporting to the Senior Nurses, you can expect your working day to include the following:

• Providing excellent, holistic, patient centred palliative care.
• Be part of a highly skilled and driven multi-disciplinary team, including Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapist, Occupational therapist, Pharmacist, Social work, chaplaincy and volunteers.
• Medicine management, care planning and discharge planning.
• Assisting with personal care, nutrition and all activities of daily living.
• Working in a friendly, dynamic, positive and vibrant environment.
  
  Be a people person, who strives to provide exceptional person-centred care.
• You have a respectful, sensitive and empathetic approach.
• You take great pride in what you do and love working as part of a team.
• You display high standards in clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
• You have excellent communication skills and have a drive to develop and learn.
