Full Job Description
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care to our clients residents. You will be responsible for assessing residents needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are met., Delivering personalised nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
Monitoring residents conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintaining accurate residents records and documentation.
Providing support and guidance to residents and their families.
Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
