Staff Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team (Night Shift only available) at our Seaforth House Care Home (Muir of Ord, IV6 7UT). The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and support patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. This role requires a strong knowledge of anatomy and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety guidelines.

Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team promptly.

Assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans for patients.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.

Maintain accurate patient records, documenting all care provided in compliance with legal and organisational requirements.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
