Steward

We're looking for a Steward to join our team at Redford Barracks and help create a welcoming space for our customers. If you love working with people and want a role that offers flexibility, training, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.
You will be part of a small but dedicated team providing hospitality services for Defence and no two days are the same. This can include serving food/cleaning/occasional bar work/housekeeping and customer services, always adhering to health and safety standards.
To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

What you'll do:
- Serving food and/or beverages to customers.
- Till operation.
- Occasional bar work.
- General housekeeping.
- Stocking up and stock rotation using the FIFO method.
- Report to line manager for any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during your shift.
Duties may be changed to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company., What you'll do:

Been resident in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK.

- Similar work experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
