An effective communicator and motivator, you will create a supportive team environment, encouraging initiative and continuous improvement. You will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to achieving performance targets. A proactive, solutions-focused approach, combined with strong IT skills and a commitment to professional development, will enable you to make a positive impact and represent the organisation with confidence and integrity.
