Your new role

As an Execution Stock & Logistics Owner, you will play a key role in managing stock movements, contract execution, logistics planning, and customer service across multiple locations. You will be responsible for overseeing sales and purchase contracts, coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, managing stock balances and inventory records, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate system updates. Working closely with customers, suppliers, hauliers, and internal trading, finance, quality, and logistics teams, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while proactively managing stock availability, contract tonnage, and credit control processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within logistics, supply chain, stock control, customer service, or contract administration.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing operational requirements.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience using ERP, stock management, or logistics systems is advantageous.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
