Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead our premium retail and café concept store in Westfield.,

• Manage day-to-day store and café operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the team
• Drive sales and meet targets
• Ensure high standards in customer service and store presentation
• Oversee stock control and ordering
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and reporting
  
  Experienced in retail and/or café management
• Strong leader with a hands-on approach
• Sales-driven and commercially aware
• Organised and reliable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  This role requires a strong leader who can manage both retail sales and café operations, deliver an excellent customer experience, and drive store performance.
