Store Manager - Culloden

As Store Manager of our Culloden branch, you will play a key role in the success of the store by leading, motivating and developing your team to exceed customer expectations. Situated within a growing local community, the Culloden store serves a diverse customer base, making great service, strong availability and community engagement essential to success.
Your main focus areas will include driving sales, maintaining excellent product availability, delivering high retail standards and developing your team. Depending on the store's offer, you may also oversee services such as an in-store bakery, hot food and food-to-go, or a Post Office, all of which help make Scotmid a valued part of the local community.
