What We Look ForBachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.10+ years of experience working in education, strategy and operations or sales operations.Experience working with executives in an advisor role, and building and managing teams.Ability to analyse complex data and synthesise into actionable business insights.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritisation skills.Experience leading cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives.Ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate with the Technical Management team.
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior management experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and excellence within coaching, consulting, or executive leadership environments.
