Annual salary: up to £42,192.15

Elevator Supervisor

Location: Coatbridge

Permanent- Full Time

£42,192.15 per annum Plus company van & fuel card

About the Role:

You will be part of a local team supporting the supervision activities and requirements of the lift maintenance programme. You will ensure that all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with company operating procedures. Your main goals will be to deliver the best customer service, while also satisfying safety, quality, and cost control standards, including budget, profitability, and resource deployment.

Role Criteria:

Elevator Supervisory experience

Managing, monitoring, recording, and reporting of Health & Safety and compliance.

Health & Safety knowledge, including COSHH.

Proven Skills & Knowledge in the following:

Interpersonal and communication.

People management with ability to lead & mentor others.

Strong customer focus.

Problem solving & results orientated.

Planning and organisational.

Decisive decision making.

Ability to negotiate and influence.

IT literate with confident oral and written communication skills.

Other attributes

Full, current driving licence, able to work alone or as part of team, demonstrates company values such as customer first.
