Supplier Relationship Manager, Scotland

Location: Hybrid split between easy access to an Edinburgh office, in the field across Scotland and at home.

About the Role:

A unique opportunity has arisen to join a proud tour brand who has been the Celtic Expert in travel in North America for over 55 years. They are dedicated to creating authentic and immersive experiences across Scotland and Ireland.

They have an exciting opportunity to join their team in a brand-new role of Supplier Relationship Manager, Scotland.

This role is responsible for building on the long-standing relationships they have with their hotel, activity and service supplier partners across Scotland, negotiating competitive contract rates and allocations and identifying new partner opportunities in line with their brand development strategy.

You will negotiate competitive contracts for FIT and group rates and allocations with existing, and new hotel, service and activity suppliers across Scotland

The Supplier Relationship Manager also communicates product updates and market trends to internal stakeholders, along with supporting product training with the global team. They will work on the product development strategy with the leadership team, while keeping the company's vision, mission and objectives in mind.

About You:

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in contract management, ideally within the tourism or travel industry
• Experience in the Scottish travel industry with an understanding of revenue, sales and tour operator business
• Excellent knowledge of Scotland as a destination and its tourism product
