Support for Learning Assistant - Doune Nursery School - 102158 - 475926

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a member of Doune Nursery, working as a Support for Learning Assistant, on a year’s temporary contract. This pot is due to start on 10th August 2026 through 8th August 2027, working 24 hours a week, 9.00-3.45, four days, excluding a Wednesday. 

You will be fully involved in the life and work of the nursery, providing an invaluable contribution towards high quality care and education of all children and families.

Applications are welcomed from enthusiastic and committed individuals with good experience of working with children, ideally including those with additional support needs. Your background may be from early years, primary or secondary settings or any other relevant experience. You will work within an enthusiastic and hard-working team to support children with learning opportunities that are part of a high quality, child-centred education. 

You will be a reliable, patient and innovative individual, who will be an effective team member. In addition, you will have good communication and organisational skills, a positive and solution focused attitude, and show a commitment to ongoing professional development.
