Support for Learning Assistants

Falkirk Council are looking to recruit Support for Learning Assistants for St Francis Xaviers Primary School. You will provide support for teachers, early years professionals and children to enhance experiences and achievement for children. You will undertake a range of support activities with regard to general supervision, safety, care and well-being of the children.

Good communication skills are essential and the role will require supporting children with mobility needs. You should enjoy working as part of a team.

The school are looking to recruit to 2 posts, both working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday.

These posts are temporary until April 2027 due to service requirement.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
