Closing Date: 16th October 2026

At Partners for Inclusion, we believe that “the people we support are at the heart of everything we do.” We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and values-driven people to join us as Support Practitioners.

About the Role

As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. You’ll provide person-centred, rights-based support that enables individuals to live the life they choose, build independence, and thrive in their communities.

You will:

  • Provide practical, emotional, and social support at home and in the community.
  • Support people to develop life skills, confidence, and independence.
  • Work closely with families, circles of support, and professionals.
  • Contribute to team organisation, including rotas, reports, and planning.
  • Be part of a skilled, trained, and competent team who are confident, accountable, and deliver high-quality support.

No two days are ever the same – you may be supporting with daily living tasks, enabling community connections, or advocating for someone’s rights and choices.

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Genuine, caring, and respectful – committed to dignity, inclusion, and equality.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Able to work well in a team and also use your own initiative.
  • Open to learning and committed to developing your skills.

Experience in social care is welcome but not essential – we provide full training. What matters most is your values and your willingness to make a difference.

What We Offer

  • A rewarding role where you can have a real impact.
  • Comprehensive training and support with SSSC registration.
  • Opportunities to gain recognised qualifications (e.g., SVQ Social Services & Healthcare).
  • Ongoing personal and professional development.
  • The chance to work in a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking organisation.

Join Us

If you share our vision of people living full, independent lives, and you want a career where every day brings purpose, we’d love to hear from you.

Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme

This position is considered regulated work with a protected adult and therefore you will be asked to join the Protection of Vulnerable Group Scheme (PVG) scheme if you are not already a member. The Organisation will send for scheme updates for each employee every five years.
