Full Job Description

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism? Are you ready to join a dedicated team of professionals providing essential support to individuals in their own homes and within the community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

You will be working with a great bunch of characters who all enjoy their own fun filled experiences, whether that be watching their favourite programme, heading out for a nice walk or grabbing a spot of lunch. There is always something to do, so you can expect to be kept busy!

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to individuals with autism in their homes and in the community, catering to their unique support needs

- Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals

- Work independently as a lone worker, utilizing problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Embrace a flexible schedule with shifts ranging from 9am to 9pm, accommodating both day and evening shifts

Previous experience working with individuals with autism and mental health

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and patient approach towards individuals with unique support needs

- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for individual caseloads

Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift patterns
