they each have their own unique ways of expressing themselves. If you haven't worked with non-verbal communication before, don't worry full training is provided .What you'll doAs a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping people live the life they choose. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting with personal careHelping with meal preparationAssisting with financesEncouraging independence and meaningful daily activitiesBeing a warm, reliable presence in their homeShifts vary, with the earliest starting at 07:30 and the latest finishing at 22:00 .
