We are proud to make a positive impact in the lives of those we support and their families What We're Looking For We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing dedicated care to three gentlemen within a supported living environment. This role involves offering 1:1 and 2:1 personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily living activities. The individuals in our care have diverse needs. One of the gentlemen is non-verbal and may present some challenges, but with patience and understanding, you will play a vital role in supporting him to lead an enriched and fulfilling life. The support provided is within a shared household, where teamwork and consistency are key. Daily activities include outings to the cinema, bowling, nature walks, shopping, as well as various indoor activities, all aimed at promoting well-being and enjoyment. We are looking for candidates who are professional, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care.   • Support individuals with personal care, medication and household tasks
  • Promote independence, and provide physical and emotional support
  • Communicate with medical professionals and implement support plans and risk assessments
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided
  • Communicate effectively with the team, family members
  • Work independently and as part of a supportive team

    Must be able to work as part of a team and lone working; take initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Enhanced PVG required (we will support the application process)

    Candidates need to be Flexible due to evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights
  • 8am-4pm, 4pm-10pm, 1pm-10pm
  • Sleepover 1pm - 10pm then onto an 8am-10am/1pm (Sleeping from 10pm-7am)
  • Waking nights 10pm-8am, What We Offer
