At our Uphall service, we support vulnerable adults living in their own homes to live their best, most independent lives. We take a person-centred approach, meaning every individual has their own tailored support plan-and you'll play a key role in helping them thrive. This role is for 37.5 hours per week., Every day is different, and you'll get involved in a wide range of meaningful activities, including: + Personal care + Medication support + Managing finances + Meal prep & cooking + Attending community groups + Social activities & hobbies + Shopping & daily living tasks You'll be helping people build confidence, independence, and life skills-while forming positive, trusting relationships along the way.

    + Flexible, reliable, and committed + Able to communicate clearly with people who use different communication styles + Passionate about supporting others to grow and succeed + A UK driving licence holder (the gentlemen we support have a house vehicle so it'd be great if you can drive!)

Our shifts are: + 7am - 2.30pm + 7.30am - 3pm + 2pm - 9.30pm + 2.30pm - 10pm + 9.30pm - 7.30am (waking night)
