Support Worker (Temp to perm)

Manage everything through our easy-to-use app., We are recruiting Support Workers to support a 19-year-old young man in his own home on a 2:1 basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone building independence and confidence in a new stage of life. This role will be hoping to hire on the basis of a temp to perm arrangement,

• Provide person-centred support to ensure safety and wellbeing
• Support with daily living tasks including personal care, cooking, shopping, and maintaining a clean home
• Encourage independence, social engagement, and new experiences
• Support with budgeting and daily routines
• Work closely with family and a supportive team
Shift Patterns:
• Day Shift: 9:00am - 4:00pm
• Back Shift: 4:00pm - 11:00pm
• Sleepover: 11:00pm - 7:00am
• Night Shift: 11:00pm - 9:00am
• 4-week rolling rota, including weekends
Hours:
• Full-time: 37 hours per week
• Part-time options available
  
  Caring, patient, and reliable individuals
• Ability to support someone with anxiety using positive approaches
• A team player with a willingness to learn and share ideas, Valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
• At least 6 months of UK-based care experience within the last 2 years
• Experience with moving and handling
• A satisfactory PVG check
• A UK Driving license
• A passion for delivering high-quality care with professionalism, compassion, and teamwork, We cannot offer visa sponsorship - you must already have the right to work in the UK
• We cannot accept overseas care experience - UK-based experience is essential
• Pay rates vary by shift - the advertised range covers standard day shifts up to bank holiday rates
