Full Job Description
Provide high-quality personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication prompts, and household activities
- Build positive, trusting relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
- Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing at all times
- Maintain accurate records, including care notes, incident reports, and risk assessments
- Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures, and organisational policies
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other support staff
- Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or changes in need
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our care team.
In this role, you will help individuals live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible. You'll provide practical assistance, emotional support, and person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs., Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others

- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Requirements
- Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential - full training can be provided
- A relevant qualification (e.g., SVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care) is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
- Right to work in the UK
- A valid driving licence may be required depending on the service
