Talent Acquisition / Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BPO Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Glasgow on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume customer service and business process outsourcing (BPO) roles. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to deliver quality hires within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for BPO and customer service positions.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone or virtual interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and hiring progress.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure recruitment practices comply with UK employment legislation and company policies.
