Talent Acquisition Specialist - FTC

Glasgow (hybrid working)

Full Time, 12 month FTC

Salary circa £45k, depending on experience

Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a key client based in Glasgow who are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a FTC basis, who will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process to include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate information, handling paperwork and overall, maintaining an efficient hiring process.

Day to day you will:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
• Utilising various channels such as job boards, social media and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Review CVs, conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to identify candidates who meet the requirements
• Lead and participate in interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience whilst assessing skills, qualifications and potential cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive offers and negotiate terms
• Facilitate the smooth transition of new hires
• Track recruitment metrics and access the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify any areas for improvement
• Ensure candidate records and maintained and kept up to date

Experience required:

• Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, ideally at Senior T/A level
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Comfortable with the full end to end recruitment process to include all admin processes etc)
• Experience of using various social networks for recruiting, i.e. LinkedIn
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work both independently or as part of a team
