Team Leader

We are looking for a full time Team leader to work in partnership with the Terminal manager to supervise and oversee the team.

You will be responsible for achieving sales goals and creating meaningful experiences by providing the highest level of customer service.

The role will comprise of a rolling shift pattern based on 40 hours per week. Times yet to be determined though you must be available to start at 5am.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and entertain clients creating a unique in store experience, inspiring connections and loyalty.


• Work towards the achievement of sales goals, actively converting passenger flow and link selling by proactively approaching customers in the World Duty free store.


• Follow visual merchandising and brand guidelines, maintaining high standards of housekeeping (stock management, testers availability etc) and cleanliness of your counter and your teams at all times.


• Regularly review product launches and brand knowledge on our training platform and attend the annual seminar.


• Supervise the team and ensure your staff members daily roles are met.


• Support the terminal manager to ensure all needs are met.


• Deliver the role in a professional and reliable manner, and demonstrate the Team spirits values of loyalty, Trust, Collaboration and Fun.

• Educate passengers with your product knowledge


• Well-presented and groomed


• Willing to receive in house training


• Drive sales working towards set targets


• Maximise sales by traffic stopping to encourage curiosity and customer interaction
