Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care

Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times

Support with training, development, and supervision of staff

Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies

Step in to provide hands-on care and administer medication when needed

Hepburn Court is home for six adults with physical and sensory disabilities. We're in the peaceful town of Glenrothes in Fife within walking distance of shops, hairdressers and medical facilities.

West Lodge is home for six adults with physical, sensory and learning disabilities. We're in the peaceful town of Glenrothes in Fife, within walking distance from hairdressers and medical facilities. We're not far from Kirkcaldy, St Andrews and Edinburgh.
