Team Leader - Building Services

The Council will pay for the PVG membership cost initially, either £18 for existing PVG scheme members, or £59 for non-members , and this cost will be deducted from an employee's first FULL month's salary payment. • Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) in a building trade at SCQF level 5 (SVQ level
2) or equivalent/other relevant qualifications/relevant site experience.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Hold a valid CSCS card or equivalent., Working with all main building trades.
• A knowledge of social housing stock and the construction methods used in building
them.
• A good knowledge of building regulations.
• Good knowledge of the regulations relating to asbestos
• Understanding of current Health and Safety issues and all current legislation and statutory procedures.
• Knowledge of IT packages, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Word etc.
