Team Leader / Supervisor

The Production Team Leader will report to the Factory Manager, The role of the production team leader is to oversee production operatives and meet daily goals set by the factory manager, use self-initiative, and maintain quality and hygiene standards throughout the factory. Also, to assist with staff appraisals and training.

Responsibilities

· Oversee production ensuring the team are working safely and efficiently

· Ensure all production paperwork is filled out correctly

· Making sure staff are working to the correct procedures and methods

· Operate a safe working environment

· Operate a clean as you go policy

· Make sure the factory is clean and kept in a hygienic manner

· Make sure yard is kept clean and organised

· Motivate the team to maximise production

· Able to lead and motivate a team

· Self-motivated to achieve high standards

· Previous experience required

· Physically able to pack and lift product.,

• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)


• Food production: 1 year (preferred)


• Working with Others: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
