Full Job Description
As a Groundwork Team Leader / Supervisor you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating groundworks activities on our project. What your day will include:
- Supervising and leading groundworks teams to ensure works are completed on time.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are being met.
- Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to optimise productivity.
- Providing on-site leadership, guidance and support to the groundworks crew.
Due to recent work wins we are looking to speak with skilled and experienced Supervisors ideally with previous experience of working on power / energy projects. please get intouch to register your interest., SSSTS / SMSTS - Previous experience supervising Groundworks projects
- In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques
- Experience of working within energy sector would be an advantage.
- Strong communicator
- Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team.
- Flexibility to travel and stay away from home.
- UK driving licence.
