Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in Justice staff and individuals involved in the Justice System?  Falkirk’s Justice Social Work Service is recruiting a Team Manager to join our existing Senior Justice Management Team.  We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and forward-thinking experienced manager in Justice Services.  A strong, inspirational leader who can motivate teams and drive change.  Experience in unpaid work and community-based rehabilitation and desistance approaches is essential, as well as the confidence to manage complexity and risk.  Are you skilled in building partnerships and unlocking opportunities in communities?

As a Justice Team Manager in Falkirk, you’ll play a key role in developing operational services which support individuals involved in the justice system to make positive changes and reduce reoffending.  You’ll work within a multi-agency management framework to promote rehabilitation, public protection and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the strategic and operational delivery of Unpaid Work services
  • Inspire and manage teams to deliver high-quality, engaging, and meaningful work placements
  • Develop creative partnerships including our community groups, and third-sector organisations
  • Drive innovation—introducing new models of unpaid work that build skills and reduce reoffending
  • Ensure all activity meets legislative requirements, risk management standards, and public protection responsibilities
  • Use data and insight to continuously improve performance and impact
  • deliver a Falkirk Whole System Approach to Justice.
