Technology Assurance Director

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Technology Risk professional who wants to build teams, develop talent and grow a national Internal IT Audit capability.

The Technology Risk practice is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for a Director who brings energy, empathy and a growth mindset — someone motivated by creating opportunities for others as much as delivering high‑quality work.

The Role

You’ll co‑lead the Technology Risk service line, with a strong focus on people development and sustainable growth. Your role will include:

• Leadership and oversight of the Internal IT Audit portfolio, including Chief Audit Executive responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring team members, supporting clear career pathways and progression

• Collaborating on the growth of Technology Risk and Advisory services

• Supporting business development and go‑to‑market activity across Risk Assurance

• Contributing to national initiatives across People, Growth, Quality and Operations

About You

• 15+ years’ experience in Internal IT Audit and Technology Advisory (practice and/or industry)

• A proven track record of growing teams and services, not just delivering engagements

• Passionate about developing people and future leaders

• Commercially aware, collaborative and values‑driven

• Known for a people‑first leadership style
