Full Job Description
Technology Project lead supports the technical delivery manager during the planning and execution of product delivery and deployment of Ascend Integrated Gateway, Suites, and associated assets. With mandate to accelerate globalization of the platform, the platform team needs to fill a lead/senior staff role to be part of the global platform technology team and work with program stakeholders on program delivery. The role will require active engagement with cross-functional teams and execute within the SAFe framework during the SDLC:
- Collaborates with function leadership to support the SDLC execution
- Lead and coordinate specific milestone tasks with cross-functional project workstreams such as code scans, 3rd party penetration testing, business continuity and disaster recovery testing, performance testing, and other technical compliance readiness activities.
- Manage to plans and prepare leadership reports on progress
- Facilitate and participate in meetings, identify and raise issues and ensure steps are taken to remediate
- Become an integral part of the Global Ascend technology team, and supports technology lead in developing a comprehensive technology release plan
- Lead L1 support activities and work with other workstreams on remediation during system failures.
- Supports O&M (minor) releases independently to ensure timely response to end user needs
Experience in technology deployment across the lifecycle environments - Experience in technical project management of enterprise scale cloud implementations
- Experience with SAFe methodology, Agile framework from planning to delivery, certification is a plus
- Understands and experienced emerging technology concepts such as Azure CoPilot, LLMs/SLMs to work with technical teams on planning activities.
- Experience in engaging with technology counterparts to proactively identify and address technical issues, participate in discussions with technology vendors, cloud service provides as issues are escalated and work towards resolution
- Understanding and prior experience leading technical projects with cloud services and data tools
- Understanding of advanced DevOps tools- CI/CD pipeline orchestration, AI/ML OPs, GitHub is a strong plus
- Prior technical project/product management or business analysis is a plus
- Engage with global teams and stakeholders across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones
